Safety risk: Hazards your records do not show

Exits get blocked and forklifts pass too close to people. Often, neither appears in the safety records.

SAROS · Past

SAROS compares your safety checks and near misses, shift by shift, with how long exits were blocked and how often forklifts passed too close to people.

ZENITH · Present

ZENITH alerts the team to blocked exits, smoke, forklifts passing too close to people, missing helmets or vests, and people in restricted zones. It also flags safety checks marked as done with no visit to the checkpoint. A person decides.

The data we use

Your safety checks and near-miss records. Where records leave gaps, we add cameras on exits, forklift crossings and restricted zones. The cameras also spot smoke, alongside your fire alarm, never instead of it.

Where to start

In a store: one back-room exit route. In a plant: one forklift crossing.
